Eligibilty:

• Food -Once every two months for residents of Orange Park and Fleming Island, only in the zip codes of 32073, 32065, 32067, 32003 and 32006

• Clothing (and personal items) - Once every four  months for any Clay County residents

• Household Goods - once every two years (with possibility of exceptions)

Requirements:

• Must have a photo ID and proof of address (license, ID, bill, lease, etc.), names and dates of birth for all family members

• Please bring a translator if you are non-English speaking

• Monday-Friday 9 AM to 12 PM (check-in ends at 11:30 AM)

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Saturdays 9 AM to 12 PM (check-in ends at 11:30 AM)
