All Clay County residents are eligible for clothing, household goods, baby items, furniture, and other non-food items. Clients must bring a signed Referral Form, photo ID, proof of address, and proof of their social security number.
Residents of Orange Park, Fleming Island, and areas of CR-220 as far as the west side of Knight Boxx Road ONLY, (Middleburg residents use the Food pantry at The Agape House at First Baptist Church of Middleburg, and Green Cove residents go to the Food Pantry in Green Cove Springs) . Homeless persons in Clay County are also eligible. Clients must bring a signed Referral Form, photo ID, and proof of address.
Our services are intended to help families and individuals in crisis. Clients may visit a maximum of
- Food: every three months
- Clothing: every four months
- Household items or furniture: every two years
Obtaining a Referral
Clients can get a Referral Form from most Clay County churches, the Clay County Health Department, Clay County Public Schools, the Salvation Army, and most local government agencies.
